In the engineering phase, Bluelab sourced a factory and worked together to fine-tune the heating elements for faster heat time. Cork was chosen for its superior heat retention and comfortable touch, making the hand warmer more pleasant to hold compared to metal models.
Bluelab was also deeply involved in the manufacturing process, ensuring quality and efficiency. Additionally, they helped develop the packaging, creating an attractive and functional design that enhances the overall customer experience.
