Bluelab collaborated with RAVEAN to design the battery pack housing, define the electrical requirements, and source a partner electronics factory. They worked closely with an electronics design team to ensure the proper power output to effectively heat the jacket. Additionally, Bluelab coordinated with apparel manufacturers, heated element suppliers, and battery suppliers to deliver a seamless production experience.

BATTERY PACK DEVELOPMENT
Bluelab designed the battery pack with a curved ergonomic shape to fit more comfortably when worn with the jacket. They developed the overall form and function of the battery pack, working closely on the engineering side to ensure all electrical components and hardware were optimized to meet the power demands of RAVEAN's heated elements. Leveraging a long-term partnership with a trusted electronics battery bank supplier, Bluelab managed the manufacturing of the battery pack. They also oversaw the development schedule and project management to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
